JET Tools GH-1440B W/Newall DP500 & Taper Attachment
The JET GH-1440B is a geared-head bench lathe mounted on a cast-iron stand with a built-in foot brake and an electronic chuck-key docking station that prevents start-up while the key is docked. This configuration includes a Newall DP500 digital readout and a taper attachment for repeatable taper turning. The D1-5 spindle has a 2" bore and runs from 70 to 1,900 RPM on a 2 HP single-phase motor.
