THE TIRE MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY
The TREADREADERTM HandHeld 3D scanner is a compact, easy-to-use tire tread depth measurement device that provides detailed tread depth analysis.
The patented TREADREADER tire measurement technology creates a detailed 3D scan of each tire, constructed from 320,000 measurement points, with an accuracy of <0.2mm or 0.008”.
TREADREADER far surpasses the accuracy and reliability of traditional dip gauges and non-contact ‘laser pointer’ measurement devices, producing detailed 3D images that show the tire tread conditions with absolute clarity.
The TREADREADER HandHeld scanner is ideal for all tire inspection applications in workshops, service centers, inspection lanes, vehicle depots, mobile tire fitters, and roadside inspections; for use in open areas or confined workshop environments.
TREADMANAGER
The TREADMANAGERTM cloud-based management platform, available for Android® and iOS®, is a user-friendly application that guides you through the scanning process. Set up is simple and device pairing allows you to set details, perform scanning, and access saved data.
Powerful algorithms calculate the tire tread depths, generating intuitive 3D color-coded renders to show the tire conditions, with tread warning or error alarms for every axle and tire position.
Fully integrated with TREADREADER HandHeld, the TREADMANAGER is a cloud-based tire management platform designed to improve your service productivity and boost sales. It stores tire scans, allowing service managers to view reports on the number of vehicles scanned and technician activity, as well as sales opportunities for tires and wheel alignment.
