At 20 to 30 HP, a rotary screw runs the whole shop air system: multi-bay service floors, body shops, and fabrication areas where air never stops. The nine EMAX units here deliver roughly 77 to 129 CFM. Three fixed-speed cabinet-only models cover 20, 25 and 30 HP at 145 max PSI, and five variable-speed models cover the same range at 167 max PSI, including a 20 HP single-phase unit for shops without three-phase power. Seven ship as cabinet-only units that need a separate air receiver; two come as packages on a 120-gallon tank with an air dryer, one fixed speed and one VSD.
