JET Tools 140252 TS050-040 1/2T ELEC HST 40' LIFT 3PH
The JET TS050-040 is a 1/2-ton two-speed electric chain hoist with a 40-foot lift for material handling in demanding industrial applications. The three-phase TEFC motor delivers fast and slow lifting speeds for precise placement, while a combined mechanical brake and overload protection plus a patented gear limit switch protect the operator and the hoist.

- Patented gear limit switch ensures the product switches off power instantly in the case of over lifting or lowering position.
- DC Motor Brake actuates instantly in the event of a power failure to ensure operator safety.
- Two Speed Motor ensures the correct speed for the job with a click of a button.
- IP55 TEFC Motor with Class F insulation for working in harsh environments.
- 5 Pocket Chain Sprocket provides reduced vibration, smoother operation, and reduced chain wear during long lifting or lowering of loads.
- Pendant Control is IP65 rated and is fully water-proof, insulated and impact resistant for years of service.
- Built in heat protection will not allow lifting if internal temperatures exceed 285° F (+/-40°). Load will be allowed to be lowered until unit cools. This saves internal components and extends the life of the product.
