Gun Washers

All twelve washers here are Herkules, from the $1,200 G45 FastTrack to the $9,000 stainless G415. Herkules says all of its paint gun washers are waterborne compatible, so choose on load and format, not paint type.

Compact models mount where you spray: the wall-mount G507 cleans a solvent or waterborne spray gun in 20 seconds or less, and the 10-inch-wide G45 fits a prep station or booth, though it cannot be bought for use in California. The automatics differ by load: the G100 takes one gun and one cup, the G200 and G202 two guns and two cups in a minute, and each of the G375's two tanks up to four guns and four cups. The G210 and G415 also clean pressure pots, hoses and 5-gallon cans, while the G511 and G550 are built for waterborne equipment. Order online or call 800-562-4791.
