For the QSP MSC-1000

Neither machine is listed with an electrical supply requirement, and neither is listed with an air pressure or CFM requirement. Both are mechanically driven. The MSC-1000's center screw can be turned with a ratchet handle or an impact tool, and QSP notes you can use your impact gun on the heavy-duty acme screw -- so shop air is one option among several rather than a requirement.
