Freight, Delivery, or Damage Claims

If your shipment arrived damaged, missing items, or with packaging issues, contact us immediately. Damage and missing items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, tracking number or PRO number, photos of the full shipment, packaging, damage, freight label, and delivery receipt or Bill of Lading.

Before signing for any freight delivery, inspect the shipment carefully. If there is visible damage, write clear notes on the delivery receipt before signing.

Returns, Cancellations, and Warranty Support

For return, cancellation, or warranty questions, contact us before shipping anything back. Do not return any product without written authorization from JMC Automotive Equipment.
