Features

The Lift King Semi Hood Attachment comes with the parts needed to connect to the Main Component (SOLD SEPARATELY) for one technician to perform the removal or installation of semi hoods of all types without any physical lifting or strain.

This package comes with two rear mounting options:

Tilt Scoop Mount: This application requires the grill to be removed. It allows the technician to remove the semi hood, quickly, safely, and with little to no effort. This is a great option when performing collision repairs, fiberglass, or aluminum repair. The technician can tilt the hood to the perfect angle and perform repairs in the most visible and comfortable position.

Non-Tilt Mount: This application does not require the grill to be removed.  It allows the technician to remove the semi hood, quickly, safely, and with little effort. This is a great option when performing mechanical repairs that require the hood to be removed.

Both applications make removing a semi hood a very EASY, FAST, and SAFE process for one technician. They keep the hood very secure and allow the technician to easily relocate the hood anywhere in the shop.

Key Benefits:

PRODUCTIVITY: Pay one technician to do the job instead of four.

SAFETY: Good technicians are hard to find and should be protected as an asset. The Lift King will eliminate physical strain and protect the technician from injury.

QUALITY: The Lift King will allow a technician to remove or install the semi hood with precise adjustments when removing or inserting pins, or the brackets that secure the hood to the truck. Quality is preserved by avoiding human error and possible damage to the hood.

The Lift King is the safest and most efficient way to remove or install a semi hood.
