- Reference NFPA 33 and Chapter 24 of the International Fire Code (IFC) for spray applications using flammable and combustible materials.
- Reference NFPA 86 and Chapter 30 of the IFC for curing and drying applications.
- Many components and product lines are ETL and ETL-C listed. The ETL or ETL-C mark is proof of compliance with North American safety standards, including UL, NFPA, OSHA and more.
- A UL or CUL listing verifies that Underwriters Laboratories has tested RGI’ product and determined that it meets their stringent safety and performance requirements.
General features
INDUSTRIAL PAINT MIX ROOMS: An excellent companion to our industrial paint booths, Industrial Paint Mix Rooms from RGI provide a safe, controlled area for mixing paint. Wall panels are fabricated from 18-gauge galvanized or pre-coated white sheet steel, and are pre-punched and companion flanged for easy, on-site, nut-and-bolt assembly.
Paint mixing rooms control contamination and remove harmful fumes during the paint mixing process. Paint Mix Rooms from RGI SPRAYBOOOTHS.NET (RGI) are available in multiple configurations and can be connected to paint booths for direct entry. RGI Paint Mix Rooms feature a 4-inch, integrated spill containment for confining potential spills, eliminating the need for a curb.
CONSTRUCTION: All of our single wall booths are made with premium 18 ga. Zinc galvanized steel panels, companion flanged and pre-punched at 6" on center for easy assembly with 1/4" nuts and bolts. Single Wall. Better airflow, lighting, and strength because of gabled roof design.
TOP-QUALITY HARDWARE: RGI uses high-quality hardware — including heavy-duty latches, long-lasting brass bushings, durable hollow rubber seals and sturdy handles — to ensure ease of use and many years of reliable service. Hinges and latches stay secured and are fully adjustable for a perfect fit. Our weld-free designs prevent against weak points and corrosion, making for a sturdy, long-lasting booth.

- (1) 8" Dia. Direct drive exhaust blower .
- (1) 1/4 hp 1-ph Belt-drive motor 120v.
- (2) Intake filter pads 20” x 20” x 2” Diffusion Media is a 1” thick, scrim backed.
- (1) Hardware set for assembly; nuts & bolts, screws, door foam seal, door latches, door handles and flat rubber for bottom of entry doors for a tight seal. Single Wall.

All paint spray booths manufactured by RGI Mfg. Co. (RGI) are warranted by RGI, against defects in workmanship for materials under normal use for one year after the date of purchase from RGI. Any part which is determined by RGI to be defective in material or workmanship and is returned to RGI, shipping cost prepaid, will be, as the exclusive remedy, repaired or replaced at RGI’s option.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Any liability of consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. RGI’s liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the replacement price of the part.
PRODUCT SUITABILITY
All states and localities have codes and regulations governing the construction, installation and/or use of paint spray booths, which may be interpreted differently from those in neighboring areas. While RGI attempts to assure that it’s spray booths comply with such codes, it cannot guarantee compliance, and cannot be responsible for how the spraybooth is installed or used. Before the purchase and use of a spray booth, please review the spray booth application, and national and local codes and regulations, and be sure that the product, installation and use comply with them.
FREIGHT LOSS OR DAMAGE POLICY
Unless otherwise specified, RGI accepts no responsibility for loss or damages to products shipped from RGI unless said products are shipped freight prepaid by RGI. Exception: If it is determined by RGI that loss or damage occurred as a result of negligence on the part of RGI, RGI will replace the lost or damaged articles. If such a determination is made by RGI, replacement of lost or damaged articles will occur only after receipt of a written request, from the purchaser.
