The Easy Kleen Portable Skid Unit is a totally self-contained system that allows for 100% portable cleaning. These units have been designed to fit perfectly into the 6’6″ box of a pickup truck. Forklift slots and a lifting eye make loading this unit easy and efficient. There is also a built-in winterization system which makes year-round cleaning and transportation possible.

- Engine: The 3 engine options include a 14 HP Kohler and 13 HP Honda gasoline, and a 9.8 HP diesel engines.
- Pumps: These units are both equipped with General pumps, made in Italy by the largest high-pressure pump manufacturer in the world. They are heavy-duty triplex plunger pumps with oil bath crankcases, stainless steel valves, all brass manifolds with termo pump protection.
- Drive System: Gearbox driven.
- Coil: The coil is constructed of 3/4 inch scheduled 80 pipe that is elliptically wound in a pancake style to eliminate seam welds. The coil is structurally braced to reduce pipe wear and vibration. It is fully sealed in a ceramic blanket and housed in a stainless steel coil housing for efficiency.
- Burner: A 12 volt North American made Wayne burner is used on these units to allow for totally self contained cleaning.
- Frame: This heavy duty frame is made out of 2 by 4 1/4 inch fully welded powder coated steel. It is equipped with forklift slots and lifting eyes to allow you to move the unit easily. There is a 225 gallon water tank and a 10 gallon soap/winterization tank located at the rear of the unit.
- Includes: 36 Inch gun & wand assembly, 50 feet of high pressure hose, 250 foot manual rewind hose reel, chemical injector, 4 cleaning nozzles and 1 soap nozzle.
