Warranty Information
Hofmann USA warrants to the original purchaser that its equipment installed in the United States will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Should any failure in the above mentioned warranty on workmanship and material appear within one (1) year of delivery, Hofmann USA shall, upon being satisfied that its product has been properly handled, stored, installed, and operated, correct such defects by repair or replacement at its expense. Any service labor required by reason of repair or replacement within six (6) months will be provided free of charge.
No warranty is made to any equipment which has been altered or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service representative of Hofmann USA, or as to any product which has been subject to abuse, misuse or negligence. This warranty only covers equipment delivered and used in the United States.
